Understand that fees are non-refundable except as required by law

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, and you will have 30 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SigmaERP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms
